Preventative Pet Care for Long, Healthy Lives
To ensure the health of your pets, we recommend that you invest in preventive health care. Depend on us for pet care services that catch disease in its early stages when it is most treatable.
You can make the same case for pets as you do for humans. Spending small sums of money now to prevent disease is well worth the expense, especially when compared to the large sums that treatment requires. That is why physical examinations are so important. As a part of preventative health plan, we suggest the following schedule for your pet:
Puppies & Kittens — Bring your puppy and/or kitten in every three weeks until it is 16-18 weeks of age.
Adults — When your puppy or kitten is older than 18 weeks, we treat it as an adult. Adults require annual physicals.
Seniors — Age can bring with it increasing health concerns, so we recommend that you make an appointment for your senior pet at least twice a year. As a general rule, we consider most pets over the age of seven to be a senior.
